At last here it is...

some of the pictures from our trip to Idaho. My dad was so wonderful to fly us out while Brad was doing mid-terms. It made it super nice for Brad so the house was nice and quiet for studying. The Girls did were very good little travelers. I was nervous to fly alone for the first time. But they did great and I will definitely do it again We had so much fun. In a nutshell here is what we did. We flew into SLC and of course no trip to Salt Lake would be complete without a visit to Great Grandpa Norby's house. He is in his mid 80's but is still in great health. Her played with the kids and they had fun at his house playing with toys that Grandpa Norby (my dad) played with when he was younger.
In good old Idaho we went to the museum of Idaho and saw the Ice Age exhibit that they had. The kids thought it was tons of fun. We also took them to the Pumpkin Patch and they had a good time running around outside and picking out a few pumpkins to decorate. Well they had enough attention span for the cutting of the top and digging out the guts and then Jess and I actually carved them. We found this fun and frightening enough it gave us a little bit of joy to stab something with knife.
We had a Halloween Party with some of our Idaho friends. We had so much fun that Kenna wanted to do one when we got home. Kenna was a Ladybug and Bryn was a butterfly. I got her costume from my friend Kim at my baby shower. She looks so cute in it! Thanks Kim you are fabulous! In the group picture from left to right we have; Conner, Easton, Remi. Kenzie, Kenna, Whitney, and Brigham
For a fun day trip we went to West Yellowstone to the Grizzly Bear and Wolf discovery center. This is an amazing place if you have a chance to go do it. They have bears that would have died if left to their own devices. In this habitat they have created for them they have all the comforts of their wild home. They hide food so the bears still have to hunt for it. These bears are huge. Grandma of course took them to the gift shop where they were spoiled rotten. They all got a stuffed bear, two magnets, a book, and a notebook with a picture of a bear on it.
They had so much fun that they all fell asleep on the way home snuggled up with the bears. So cute!
And of course we did a ton of just hanging out and enjoying each others company.
A trip to the Library,
seeing Ryan (the lion)
playing with our cousins (they are giving the toothbrushes a bath)
